The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and very comfortable rooms at a low cost. The food market café area was a great addition, and the proximity to Prater amusement park was a bonus. Anna provided a very friendly, helpful, and professional check-in experience. However, having to retrieve the key at the reception was a minor inconvenience.
